Each project begins with an agreed scope, timeline, and price. Work starts only after the scope has been clarified and the project has been accepted.

Quotes are based on the information provided at the time of enquiry. If the requested scope changes, a revised quote, updated timeline, or new package may be required.

Delivery timelines depend on timely communication and the receipt of the materials needed to complete the project, such as copy, images, brand assets, access credentials, or technical information.

Reasonable revisions are included only within the scope agreed for the selected service. Additional rounds of revisions or requests outside the original scope may be billed separately.

Unless stated otherwise in writing, third-party costs such as hosting, domains, external software, paid plugins, premium assets, or subscription tools are not included in the quoted service price.

If a project is delayed because required materials, approvals, or decisions are not provided by the client, delivery dates may be adjusted accordingly.

Webeego retains the right to pause or refuse work in cases of abusive, unlawful, misleading, or clearly out-of-scope requests.

Ownership of the final deliverables transfers only after the agreed payment has been received in full, unless a different arrangement has been confirmed in writing.

Webeego may display completed work in its portfolio or as a case reference unless confidentiality has been agreed in advance.

These terms provide a basic general framework. For a specific project, the final quote and written agreement take priority if they differ from this page.
